i feel like i owe a small explanation for old fans who might be confused as to who i am!

hi, my name is l4ureleye 《pronounced: lorelei》 , but older fans may recognize me better as Nikki+, or NikkiPlus.

after a good brutal few months this fateful year of 2023, i have begun experimenting with new creative outlets and aesthetics, which inevitably lead to me revamping my identity online. the name itself came to me almost at random, partially influenced by my art inspirations; I've quite taken a liking to it! But I must admit, it's certainly a major tonal shift, by comparison

Regardless, i have decided to retire my old name in favor of this brand nu one. all releases will be going up under the name l4ureleye.

all bandcamp releases ([as of the time of writing]) have been removed to make room for new releases under this alias, however! they are fully archived and available to download for free here: https://archive.org/details/nikkiplus-discography

hopefully this clears up any uncertainty present going forward, and to further clarify: you may still remix my work, use it in videos, or put it in [NON COMMERCIAL] games SO LONG AS CREDIT IS GIVEN TO l4ureleye IN THE DESCRIPTION/CREDITS/ETC. Re-uploads of my work is deincentivized, however they are allowed WITH CREDIT GIVEN

I really appreciate seeing my work used for creative works or remixed, so if you feel like simply sharing anything you've made with my trax, newgrounds dms are still open to all! just know I cannot guarantee an immediate response, so i apologize if u get radio silence for a bit

ayo. I just realized I haven't posted any news stuff in a while, so I may as well give yall an idea of what's been going on. I've been working on numerous musical projects lately, most of them are fully original. My first proper album is in the works, and has been for a good 3 years now. I doubt it'll be ready this year, but I can promise it'll drop eventually. I really wanna put my all into it and make it the best it can be, and I only hope that effort shows in the final release. To those who've been following me, either recently or for the past 5 years or so, thank you for the support. It means a lot. <3

(2021 EDIT) for those who don't know me, i'm nikki+. i've been making audio stuff for the past 4-5 years now, mainly on my soundcloud account (https://soundcloud.com/nikkiplus ). I can't guarantee I'll upload frequently, but whenever i do it'll mostly consist of original compositions or remixes of music i like. i hope you guys enjoy whatever i put out on here, and i hope my lack of motivation doesn't get the better of me (we'll see about that though).
